Jose brings a decade of leadership in banking and finance to the Wright Companies team, helping us navigate growth with insight, structure, and a deep understanding of what it means to build both smart and responsibly. His background includes years of experience managing markets across Ulster, Dutchess, and Orange Counties, where he focused on expanding access to housing through lending programs tailored to the needs of local communities.

With a foundation in business administration from SUNY Ulster and professional banking accreditation, Jose helps align our work with solid financial strategy making sure the projects we take on are not just well-designed, but well-positioned for long-term success.

Outside of work, Jose is just as involved. He’s the co-founder and head coach of KThunder FC, a nonprofit youth soccer club that provides affordable access to competitive play for local athletes. He was also honored with the Ulster County Hispanic Heritage Award for his work in the community a recognition that speaks to the heart he brings to everything he does.
