This client came to us with a clear vision—but also some hesitation about whether it could be achieved. They wanted large, light-filled spaces with open views, but also needed a home that could be comfortably shared with the husband’s parents. Not a simple task.

After a thoughtful analysis of the family’s dynamics and needs, we developed a plan centered around a spacious, open-concept common area filled with natural light. On either end, we created two fully independent suites—each with its own bathroom and sitting room—offering privacy and comfort for both generations.
