This was a truly enjoyable project. Our client’s family had owned the house for over 100 years. Over that time, it had served many purposes: a boarding house, a working farm, a weekend retreat, and a rental property. Along the way, it had been added onto, altered, partially sided—and, unfortunately, worn down by years of tenant use. It needed a lot of love.

Our clients were fantastic throughout the process, meeting every hidden repair and unexpected challenge with patience and resolve. The result is a fully renovated home that’s bright, clean, energy-efficient, and ready to be enjoyed for generations to come.
